Who this is for

For the ones whose thinking runs sideways

You are multi-passionate and you connect fields others keep separate.

Your Notes app is a conspiracy wall of good ideas.

People ask, "How did you even make that connection?"

You're tired of feeling like your best ideas never make it out of your head.

You know you're sitting on something important.

You read five books at once across five fields.

If that's you, welcome.

What you need

A way of thinking that consistently produces original work.

You need a realistic system to help you produce ideas people remember.

  • Frameworks people teach.
  • Work that outlives trends.
  • Ideas so distinct they carry your signature — even when someone tries to erase your name.

What I'm really sharing

I'm opening my entire creative kitchen.

You'll see the operating system behind my work, from the software I use to build workshops, to my planning system, annotation process, journaling practice, ADHD-friendly routines, idea bank, reading workflow, creative rituals, and even the supplements I use to support energy and mental endurance.

The promise

Move beyond productivity and branding.
Build work that shakes systems.

For people who weren't handed a roadmap. Who built their lives through resourcefulness, not privilege. Who create opportunities because they refuse to wait for permission.

AI can remix everyone else's ideas but it can't become you.

It doesn't carry your history, your community, your obsessions, or the years you've spent wrestling with the questions that shaped your work. Only you can produce the work that speaks to you. Only you can create it with your unique touch. No one else can.

Inside the knowledge share

Build the practice behind original work

Maximize your creative process to develop work that outdoes your field.

01

Nurture inspiration. Seize the moment ideas emerge.

Build an idea bank that protects your best thinking before it disappears into a feed.

02

Understand your creative ecology

Map the conditions (rituals, environments, rhythms) that consistently produce your strongest ideas.

03

Alchemize Your "Disadvantages"

Turn experiences that once made you feel out of place into fuel for original, cross-disciplinary thinking.

04

Squeeze every drop out of a lemon

Expand one insight into a keynote, article, curriculum, research project, or book.

05

Build frameworks, not opinions

Organize observations into memorable concepts people can understand, teach, and build upon.

06

Learn to notice what's missing

Train yourself to see absent voices, erased archives, and invisible assumptions.

The creative ecology we'll build together

Notice what doesn't fit.

Connect distant ideas.

Read across disciplines.

Build frameworks.

Create language.

Protect your intellectual property.

Let ideas mature.

Repeat until your work changes how people understand the world.

Glo V.

(she/her) · Educator, entrepreneur, researcher, founder of Nalgona Positivity Pride

I am Glo V. (she/her) and I help women of color melt Western confines so they can create ripple effects that will be felt for the coming years. I am an educator, entrepreneur, content creator, and consultant. Some of my favorite things to do in my consulting work are helping women of color tilt their fields on their heads and create the necessary dumpster fires along the way.

I build Nalgona Positivity Pride with no college degree and no real funds. All I had was a dedicated community and family that supported me. What guided me? Understand my work as intergenerational work vs individual work. The secret, create work that comes from the heart and be a large fish in a small pond.

There are two things I refuse to tolerate: boring work and untapped potential. My energy comes from a genuine dislike of unoriginal work and watching insecurity keep talented women of color from putting their work into the world.

Here is the truth: straight cookie cutter paths are a sham. No one remembers safe. No one cares for "safe."

My process comes down to one rule. Don't be basic.

The current state of the world urgently needs work that turns psyches inside out with originality. For these reasons, I help women of color creatives stop asking to be invited to the table and start building a whole new paradigm (make the table obsolete).

Together, let's build work that is effective, irresistible, and ten steps ahead of whatever contemporary frameworks currently pass as innovative.
